These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forever Yield (the "Service"), operated by Forever Yield ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

2. The Service

Forever Yield provides AI-assisted and expert-reviewed market analysis, signals, scores and related tools for stocks and cryptocurrencies. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial advice, and does not execute trades or handle your funds. Please read our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and inclusions are described on our Membership page and may change with notice.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share signals, data or content from the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
• Share your account with others or resell access.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, logo, text and content, is owned by Forever Yield and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading research, subject to these Terms.

7. No advice & assumption of risk

You acknowledge that the Service does not provide personalised financial advice, that all trading decisions are your own, and that trading involves substantial risk of loss. You use the Service and any information it provides at your own risk. See our Risk Disclaimer.

8. Disclaimers of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any information will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Yield and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, capital, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever Yield and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forever Yield is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
